We are a pro-Europe non-party-aligned local community and branch of the UK-wide European Movement, covering the constituencies of Dorking & Horley, East Surrey,
Epsom & Ewell, and Reigate.  

We believe joining the EU would boost the economy, increase global influence, improve
 collaboration and provide stability & freedom; Brexit hasn't brought any tangible benefit;
the UK has changed its mind and that this should be recognised.

Our aim is to be recognised by local people, businesses and media as a friendly, reliable
and valuable source of information and dialogue and advocate for improving UK relations with Europe.

Dr Mike Galsworthy, has a PhD in Behaviour Genetics and is a Senior Research Associate at University College London. He co-founded Scientists for EU in 2015 and is currently the chair of the European Movement UK. David Henig is one of the UK’s leading authorities on trade policy. He is Director of the UK Trade Policy Project at the think-tank European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE) and has written extensively on the trade implications of Brexit. He also looks more widely at global trade issues such as USA-China tensions, the future of the WTO, and EU trade agreements.
